Jane Frisch Counseling LLC
Get started on the right path and build a life and career you love!
Making the decision to start therapy takes courage, and it is natural to feel anxious about contacting a therapist for the first time. My goal is to make this process easier for you. You can schedule an introductory call either by video or phone to get to know me. When we talk, I will ask what you about your goals for therapy, and we will decide together if I am a good fit for you.
I look forward to getting to know you and talking about how therapy or career coaching can help you achieve your goals and build a more satisfying life.

I am a licensed professional counselor who provides individual therapy and have experience helping people manage anxiety and depression. I also help people navigate transitions in their lives and teach them skills to more effectively cope with the stresses of life. I provide a confidential and non-judgmental space for you to talk about your feelings, and I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where we work as partners to improve your overall well-being.
Additionally, I can provide career coaching to help clients make positive changes in their careers. I work individually with each client to develop a plan that can include assessments, research on careers and the job market, and job search/career planning. Because I am a licensed professional counselor, I can help you explore your feelings about career issues and help you cope with workplace stress and learn how to bring more balance to your life.
